Harris, who hails from Cardinal O’Hara high school in the Philadelphia Catholic League, touched the ball 15 times this season for the Monarchs for a total of 41 yards. He also assisted on King’s special teams, returning seven kick returns for 173 yards.
The 5-foot-5, 165 pounder was the Monarchs third string back this season and could have seen an increase in minutes depending on recruiting and roster movements next season behind sophomore Patrick Robinson.
Harris averaged 10.25 yards total per game, the fourth most of any active rusher during the Monarchs 2014 campaign.
