Little Dragon return with a more popular audience-centered record on Nabuma Rubberband. Though the band can’t help but work into the weird sides of music– sometimes noisy, but always soulful– their contributions on their latest record make you really appreciate their craft in songs like “Let Go” and “Klapp Klapp.” The unfortunate side of this album is that the band may seem stale since many bands are making similar sounding music these days, but that’s the scene catching up with Little Dragon, not the other way around.
