The first Friday newscast of the semester had stories about the opioid crisis, the recent King’s lecture on immigration, and the issues that have risen with freshmen parking. We also have an outlook on DACA in Politics this week as well.

The award-winning WRKC News at 5 has at long last returned! Stories in this newscast were about the largest freshman class in the 72-year history of King’s College and the historical landmark marker of the Huber Breaker. We also have a business report in the Business Beat, and the music and sports updates.

All good things have to come to an end. This is our last newscast this academic year.

Today’s newscast featured a preview of the Cantores Christi Regis’ 15th anniversary spring concert and more!  

Today’s stories included stories about Holi, a spotlight of Brian Horn from “In Bloom” and a lot more.
