Behind the King’s College lion mascot, squirrels are the most popular animals on campus.  The college has an unusual amount of squirrels for being in the middle of a city.   Members of the King’s faculty tell us about their own encounters with the furry creatures.  WRKC Program Director Eryn Harvey has the story.

The cost of food has become a hot topic of discussion on the King’s College campus.  Some students are not satisfied with the quality of food for the price they are paying for it.  Will there be changes coming in the future? WRKC News Director Kristina Atienza has the story.

Imagine training several times a week, traveling to competitions and events, while balancing school work all at once.  This is something 2014 Paralympic bronze medalist Stephanie Jallen does almost every day.  WRKC Sports Director Dan Lynch had the opportunity to sit down with Jallen.

Father John I. Jenkins, C.S.C spoke at this years Blessed Basil Moreau Lecture.  Father Jenkins’s lecture  is entitled “The Challenge and Promise of Catholic Higher Education for Our Time.”  WRKC Program Director Eryn Harvey had the opportunity to sit down with Father Jenkins.

Governor Tom Corbett visited the new King’s on the Square to present a check to King’s College.   The building was previously the Ramada Hotel and has been transformed into classrooms, dorms, and a resturaunt.  WRKC Station Manager Jessica Mulligan has the story.
