PSP Public Information Officer Tom Kelly speaks out on Frein Case

After a week that the infamous cop killer Eric Frein was captured following a 48-day manhunt, citizens finally rejoiced at his detainment. Though, there was also a bunch of criticism that came with his capture.

Pennsylvania State Police Public Information Officer Tom Kelly came to King’s College to inform students from the mass communications department about the case. News Director Kristina Atienza has the details.
