Bishop Joseph Bambera, Bishop of The Diocese of\u00a0Scranton took these words to heart by visiting the Wilkes Barre Catholic Youth Center.\u00a0 He met with children and staff of their daycare program to spread words of joy and peace, and even read\u00a0a book\u00a0to preschoolers who were part of the program.
